One of the local bike racers has noticed there isn't "Go Fast" bike ride on Wednesday Night. So he decided to take the bull by the horns and start one.

For the People who are lookingFor a ride that is fast like Harper and
Starts later on a weekday night, well here it is.
The Penny Road Pub Ride.
Ride Leaves from the Campbell Street Bike Shop at 6:30pm,
goes out to Penny Road and down Sutton toward Cuba,
and back to bike shop. the route is about 40-45 miles.

What is the average speed for this ride? Different people have different definitions of "faster."
