We are hosting a Bike Flat Repair Clinic For a Cause

Topics will include:

-Overcoming the mystery of the flat tire

-What's this "A.B.C" you keep hearing about

-Safety and Advocacy for the new cyclist

-Learn a few tricks to keep your bike rolling when things go wrong

This class is open to adults only as there will be refreshments served.

We are hosting this class as part of our Fundraising efforts for our "Race for the Cure" benefiting Susan G Komen

Road Side Repairs for Triathletes and Racers

This hands on class will teach participants about Quick bicycle repairs for while out on the course. Learn how to repair tires and tubes, cables, chains, and fit adjustments. The Class will also explain how to ride a bike safely according to the Illinois Bicyclist Rules of the road.
All Students will receive a tire repair kit, a bicycle multi-use tool and a copy of the Illinois Bicyclist Rules of the Road Manual.
Classes will be held at Olympic Indoor Swim Center, Wednesday January 12, 19, 26 at 7pm.
